Word Study

Word study is an important component of reading instruction. As students learn new words and learn how to decode unknown or never before seen words, they build their vocabulary which supports both their reading and their writing. Norwich Public School adopted a Literacy Workshop Model starting in the 2013-14 school year. Below are materials and links to resources that will help teachers teach these very important skills.
